Popular American pastor of the Cornerstone Church Pastor, John Hagee has tested positive for COVID-19.

This revelation was made by his son, Pastor Matt Hagee, during a
a live-streamed worship service on Sunday.

Reports confirmed that the 80-year-old vocal man of God tested positive for COVID-19 last Friday.

According to reports, the virus was “discovered very early” and that “his medical team has him under watchful care”, according to his son.

Matt Hagee disclosed to the church that his father was “diligent throughout this entire COVID pandemic to monitor his health”.

Pastor Matt Hagee said further that: “He’s feeling well enough to be frustrated with everybody in a white coat and a stethoscope. He wanted me to tell you personally that he covets your prayers and that he asks you to pray for him daily, not only that he make a speedy recovery, but that he looks forward to seeing you again here at Cornerstone very soon”.

The Cornerstone congregation then later took take time during the service to pray both for their spiritual father and for everyone battling the coronavirus.

Pastor Matt acknowledged the reality of Covid-19 without losing track of the fact that God is a healer.

In July, the ministry filed a lawsuit to be permitted to hold in-person class instruction beginning in August for its Christian School despite a local government restriction.

The fiery and evangelistic servant of God, Hagee senior earlier released a message in which he labeled the COVID-19 pandemic a “dress rehearsal for the New World Order.”

He said: “Who would think we would be banned from attending church, a freedom outlined by the first amendment, as our individual rights were systematically stripped away during an enforced quarantined?”

He elucidate that the economy sunk to the worst since the Great Depression.

The pastor put the blame of the pandemic at the foot of power-hungry dictators who trample the people’ freedoms, in an extended crisis intended to crush the hope of the people”

He’d said in his usual emphatic style: “Make no mistake…the Great Tribulation is coming, and it will be worse”.
